Research Interests

I'm interested in forest restoration and managing forests for humans and nonhumans alike in a changing climate. Currently my research is focused on floodplain forest management techniques after Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) infestation. This includes collecting and analyzing data for the Adaptive Silviculture for Climate Change (ASCC) project along the Mississippi River.

About me

I am someone who enjoys connecting with nature in various ways, including birding, hiking, kayaking, and camping. I love reading, drinking tea, and spending time with loved ones. I also love collecting bones and stones!
