Research Interests

My research involves understanding the diversity and dynamics of decaying trees to develop silvicultural guidelines for managing the deadwood resource in forest ecosystems.

About me

I am a foodie who at least once a week enjoys a slow cook day in which I prepare an involved meal paired with a great wine. I also have an interest in historical architecture. I also enjoy escapes to my 1850 log house in Tennessee.
