Research Interests

I am interested in studying forest disturbance ecology and how it intersects with stewardship/management.

When I'm not in the woods...

I'm spending time with friends and family, hiking, playing guitar, reading, or cooking

Projects I'm working on are...

My primary project will investigate the impact of emerald ash borer on black ash wetlands with a specific focus on post-invasion replacement species. I am also assisting with soil operability and biochar projects.
